Joining us will be the owner of Antonio’s Gourmet Market, Antonio Saladino.
Antonio is a native of New Orleans and has a passion for food that is unrivaled. Antonio had the amazing opportunity to work side by side with some of the best chefs to come out of New Orleans – like Emeril Lagasse and Paul Prudhomme!
Antonio will be speaking about the health benefits of salmon as well as a variety of ways to prepare and what to look for when purchasing the fish. Everyone will enjoy some scrumptious tastings!
February 2012:
We will have two guests this month: Liz Youngs with Dionysus Wine Distributors will be with us to talk about Spanish wines. And Patrick Securcher of Rocky Top Hospitality, will return to provide us with a variety of chocolates to taste along with the wines!
January 2012:

Don’t miss our traditional December Luncheon as we enjoy holiday music presented by performers from the North Carolina Theatre.
We will provide song sheets for a sing-along that will surely put you in the Holiday Spirit!

Kyle Oberby from Fallon’s Flowers of Raleigh will teach us how to make beautiful arrangements that we can do at home! For over 80 years, Fallon’s has been Raleigh’s premier florist – we are looking forward to him bringing out our creative juices!
